Promising young litigator Chris Carry has joined Crisham & Holman as the first associate attorney of the Firm.
Carry was previously an associate in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough’s Denver office. During his years of practice, Carry has handled every aspect of civil litigation – from pre-litigation counseling and advice, through trial and appeal. Carry has successfully developed discovery and expert case strategies including taking and defending numerous case-critical depositions leading to favorable case outcomes. Carry’s substantial trial experience includes giving opening statements and handling both fact and expert witness examinations. Carry has also taken the lead in drafting several successful dispositive motions.
Before his time at Nelson Mullins, Carry spent nearly two years as a litigator with Montgomery Little & Soran, P.C., and before that he served as a law clerk to Judge Dennis A. Graham on the Colorado Court of Appeals. Carry is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he served as the Articles Editor and Staff Editor of the Denver University Law Review. At DU, Carry earned the honors of the Order of the Coif and the Order of St. Ives. Carry earned his undergraduate degree at the University of San Diego.
