Crisham & Holman is pleased to announce that John Sandberg has joined the firm as an associate.
John focuses his practice on commercial litigation and appeals. A valuable courtroom advocate, John gained significant trial experience in just his first few years of practice, delivering opening statements, examining fact witnesses and experts, and presenting arguments incases with millions of dollars—and professional reputations—on the line. John has managed all phases of civil litigation, including pre-suit investigations and analysis, discovery, motions practice, trials, and appeals. Clients rely on John to advocate for their interests in the courtroom, and to devise creative solutions to complex legal problems outside of it.
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, John began his legal career at Messner Reeves LLP. In 2021, he joined Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell LLP, where for more than five years he served as national trial counsel in high-value civil cases throughout the country.
John is admitted to practice in Colorado and Montana and before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Colorado and the District of New Mexico.
